Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Carleton University is seeking a reliable and passionate Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the Chat Support Assistant will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through online chat support - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our services and products - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers - Use effective people management and cooperation skills to collaborate with team members and ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
