Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Lithia Motors is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will involve providing support to our customers through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions or escalate as needed. 3. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 4. Utilize strategic planning to effectively manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent written communication skills in both English and French. 2. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Knowledge of automotive industry trends and terminology is a plus. 5. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
