Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance in a timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using available resources and escalation procedures when necessary. 3. Document customer interactions and information accurately in the system. 4. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and consistent information to customers. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and proficient typing speed. 2. Passionate and resourceful individual with a strong desire to help others. 3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Adaptability to changing work demands and technologies. 5. No prior experience required - training will be provided. 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
