Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

SpartanNash is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, this role offers the opportunity to work remotely and support our customers through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a passion for providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries and issues through online chat platforms in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product recommendations, order inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Act as a brand ambassador for SpartanNash, upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Passionate and dedicated to providing top-notch customer support - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer relationship management software is a plus
