Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Essendant is seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers and provide accurate information about our products and services. 3. Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of customer needs and situations. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 5. Maintain a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to meet and exceed performance goals. 6. Actively seek feedback from customers to continuously improve our chat support services.

Requirements: 1. Must be reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions. 3. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently. 4. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required. 5. Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
