Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Rogers Communications is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our customers through online chat channels. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, who possess the necessary skills and traits to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Strong people management skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently - Excellent communication skills - High-speed internet connection - Comfortable working from home
