Chat Support Associate

Plains GP Holdings is seeking a dedicated and passionate Chat Support Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner - Assist in creating and maintaining a knowledge base for commonly asked questions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills in English and French - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions to their issues - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
