Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

CSX is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately via live chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, account management, and other related queries - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department when needed - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document and track customer interactions in the chat platform for future reference

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and be proactive in problem-solving - Strong planning and organizational skills - Proficiency in using chat platforms and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
