Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

J.B. Hunt Transport Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chat Support Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Entry Level associate, you will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate support to our customers through various chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize resources and knowledge base to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer queries - Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline chat support processes - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling sensitive or confidential information - Act as a brand ambassador for J.B. Hunt Transport Services through positive interactions with customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident in handling customer inquiries and issues - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have access to reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
