Chat Support Associate

Performance Food Group is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer service and technical support through chat communication channels - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with customers - Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Attention to detail and strong cooperation skills - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and Microsoft Office applications
