Job Description: Chat Support Associate at Visteon

Visteon is looking for a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is entry-level and does not require any prior experience. We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals who possess strong problem-solving and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assist customers with troubleshooting any issues - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Planning and organizational abilities - Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
