Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Ingredion is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Chat Support Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our clients worldwide. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through online chat support - Assist customers with product information, orders, shipping, and any other inquiries - Collaborate with colleagues from different locations to ensure consistent and timely responses to customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency in the chat support process

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent individual who can effectively problem-solve on their own - Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues worldwide - Proficiency in using computer systems and online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
