Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Chat Support Associate to join our team at Altria Group in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat platforms - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account issues - Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department - Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Ability to adapt to new technologies and software platforms
