Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

USAA is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of relevant experience who is resourceful, hardworking, and possesses strong decision-making and leadership skills. As a Remote Chat Support Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our members through chat support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions to customers - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Participating in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
