Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Gilead Sciences is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate for this position will be resilient and independent, with strong planning and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers regarding products and services - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures - Assist with training and onboarding new team members as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
