Job description:
Liberty Interactive is seeking a motivated and proactive Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates who are looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and support roles.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support one another in achieving team goals
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role is preferred - Hardworking and independent mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong research skills to quickly gather information and provide accurate responses to customers - People management skills to handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Comfortable with using technology and learning new software programs - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
