Job Description:
PayPal Holdings is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. 2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to agents for continuous improvement. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support processes, efficiency, and customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and IT to address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. 5. Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and customer service technologies to enhance the chat support operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. 2. Minimum 6 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat support environment. 3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Confident and resourceful attitude with a strong sense of initiative. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues worldwide. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software. 8. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices. 9. Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
