Job Description:
Yum Brands is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing our chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service to all users. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, possess strong critical thinking skills, and have a passion for research.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support representatives and ensure they are meeting service level agreements and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide solutions. 5. Train and onboard new chat support team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in chat support to continuously improve service delivery. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. At least 7 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage team members. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management systems. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
