Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Edison International is seeking a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of chat support operations.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to ensure team goals are met - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in chat support management


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a chat support management role - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
