Job Description:
Spectra Energy is seeking a skilled and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our chat support team, ensuring exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of chat support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations 2. Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction 3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the chat support team 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize chat support processes and workflows 6. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and areas for improvement 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in chat support or customer service management 3. Strong leadership and people management skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 6.
