Job Description:
General Mills is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our chat support team, ensuring timely and high-quality customer service to our clients. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of chat support representatives to provide excellent customer service through chat platforms. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor chat support performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management. 4. Train and mentor chat support representatives on best practices, customer service skills, and company policies. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support technology and customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in managing a chat support team for at least 7 years. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities. 5. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills. 6. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
