Job Description:
Hertz Global Holdings is seeking a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a part-time associate level position, the Remote Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing our chat support team, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and passionate. Additionally, strong soft skills in negotiation and time management are required for success in this position.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the chat support team, including monitoring performance, providing regular feedback, and implementing improvements as needed - Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction by resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and implement chat support procedures and guidelines to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries that require escalation - Analyze chat support performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Train and onboard new chat support team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - At least 5 years of experience in a chat support or customer service management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Experience with live chat support platforms a plus
