Job Description:
Keyera Corp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team remotely from Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor chat support operations to ensure that customer inquiries are being handled efficiently and effectively - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Analyze performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in chat support management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong people management and leadership skills - Ability to work remotely and manage a team virtually
