Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Chat Support Manager to join our team at LKQ. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our chat support operations, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from Montreal, Quebec.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed - Monitor chat support performance metrics and ensure that team members are meeting their goals - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support operations and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Train and onboard new chat support agents as needed - Handle scheduling and staffing for the chat support team
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in chat support or customer service role - Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
