Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Foot Locker is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home. We are looking for a candidate with 8 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level who is resilient, confident, excels in strategic planning, and thrives in a teamwork-oriented environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive chat support performance metrics - Train and mentor chat support representatives to provide exceptional customer service - Monitor chat support interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in chat support or customer service - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
