Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Chat Support Officer to join our team at Molina Healthcare in Toronto, Ontario. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat communication with our clients. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding healthcare services and products - Identify and escalate any complex issues or complaints to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong research skills and a passion for innovation - Must be eligible to work in Canada - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
