Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, and possess strong people management and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Conduct research to provide accurate information to customers - Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and responses - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and chat support platforms - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong people management and research skills
