Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Navient is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Chat Support Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will involve providing online support to customers through chat services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat messaging - Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and procedures - Adhere to company guidelines and policies for handling customer inquiries

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately - Excellent time management and planning skills to handle multiple chats simultaneously - Ability to adapt to different situations and work effectively under pressure - A high school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required, as training will be provided
