Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

PCL Construction is seeking a motivated and reliable Chat Support Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online chat communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. 5. Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills. 3. Demonstrated leadership capabilities. 4.
