Job Description - Chat Support Officer

Job Description:


Yum Brands is seeking a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. In this Associate Level position, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of resilience and dedication.


Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
