Remote Chat Support Officer

Marsh & McLennan is seeking a passionate and hardworking Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through our chat support platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a clear and concise manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 4. Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive light.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands. 4. Previous experience in customer service or technical support. 5. Proficiency in navigating chat support software and CRM systems. 6. Strong people management skills to handle a diverse range of customers.
