Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Hormel Foods is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers through our online chat platform. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through our online chat platform. 2. Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and technical support. 3. Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team setting. 5. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.
