Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

As a Remote Chat Support Officer at Kimberly-Clark, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support to our clients. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat support - Providing accurate and timely information about products and services - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer service experience - Meeting and exceeding performance goals

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and dedicated personality - Adaptability and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Strong problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent
