Chat Support Officer

Inter Pipeline is seeking a dedicated and passionate Chat Support Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who are looking to start their career in customer support. As an Entry Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues through chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasion skills to guide customers towards solutions - Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
