Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

US Foods Holding is seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and support roles. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and possess strong analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote chat support to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, technical issues, and general assistance - Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and chat support tools - Adaptable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Reliable and committed to providing exceptional customer service
