Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Sealed Air is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven and motivated to provide excellent customer service - Ability to research and find innovative solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
