Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Masco is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Entry Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, resourceful, and have strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through online chat channels - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively identify and escalate any issues or trends to management - Assist with updating and maintaining knowledge base articles and customer resources - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support roles - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience with live chat platforms is a plus - Availability to work flexible hours and weekends
