Chat Support Representative

We are currently seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team at PPG Industries in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Chat Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries via chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer concerns - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for candidates who are adaptable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Soft skills such as strategic planning and organization will be highly valued in this role.
