Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while interacting with customers - Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to resolve customer concerns - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company database - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer applications and software - High school diploma or equivalent - Customer service experience is preferred
