Job Description:
Waste Management is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding the highest level of ethics and integrity
Requirements: - Passionate about providing high-quality customer service - Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using chat support software and other customer service tools - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
