Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

CBS is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires a high level of adaptability and resourcefulness, as well as strong soft skills in persuasion and negotiation.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns. 4. Proactively engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and drive sales. 5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in computer skills and online chat platforms. 5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
