Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or technical support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients through chat - Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently - Conduct research to identify potential solutions and provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Motivated and resilient personality traits
