Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer inquiries and issues with accuracy and empathy - Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to handle customer complaints and escalations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
