Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Consolidated Edison. As a part-time entry-level position based in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through chat support - Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers on how to resolve them - Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and service requests - Document all interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers - Proficiency in typing and multitasking - Strong planning and creativity soft skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Availability to work part-time hours, with a flexible schedule
