Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Specialist at Coca-Cola European Partners, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through online chat. This is a work from home opportunity based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues through online chat - Troubleshooting problems and providing solutions in a timely manner - Providing product information and support to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborating with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Continuously improving your knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in typing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
