Job Description:
American Airlines Group is seeking a part-time Client Relations Assistant in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess key personality traits such as resilience and independence.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist in maintaining and enhancing client relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Provide support to the Client Relations Manager in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective client retention strategies. 5. Prepare reports and documentation related to client interactions and feedback.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on people management and negotiation. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
