Job Description:
Citigroup is seeking a part-time Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level position, the Client Relations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the client relations team in managing and maintaining relationships with clients. This role requires individuals who are energetic, resilient, detail-oriented, and adept at strategic planning.
Responsibilities: - Assist the client relations team in managing client accounts and relationships - Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with different departments within the company to ensure client needs are met - Assist in preparing client reports and presentations - Monitor client satisfaction and communicate feedback to the team - Support in planning and executing client events and meetings
Requirements: - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Must be able to work a flexible schedule
