Remote Client Relations Assistant

Teck Resources Limited is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and maintaining client relationships remotely - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing - Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups - Provide support in creating client reports and presentations - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve client satisfaction and retention goals - Assist in developing and implementing client engagement strategies - Handle any client inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Experience in client relations or customer service is preferred
