Job Description:
As a Client Relations Assistant at Erie Insurance Group in Toronto, Ontario, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and retention - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations
Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
