Job Description:
Old Republic International is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively. 5. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address client needs and concerns. 6. Identify and resolve client issues and problems with effective problem-solving skills. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
